Sarfaraz out, uncapped Azam in for England, West Indies T20Is | SAMAA

Former captain
Sarfaraz Ahmed has been dropped from the Pakistan T20I squad for the upcoming
tour of England and West Indies.

The squads were announced by chief selector Mohammad Wasim
on Friday morning.

Sarfaraz has been replaced by young hard-hitting
wicketkeeper-batsman Azam Khan.

All-rounder Imad Wasim has returned to the T20I squad
whereas middle-order batsman Haris Sohail has been included in the ODI
contingent.

Pacers Mohammad Abbas and Naseem Shah returned to the Test
team whereas Tabis Khan has been dropped.

The side will play three ODIs and as many T20Is in England
from 8-20 July, before taking on world champions West Indies in four T20Is that
will be followed by two Tests.
